When you set out to reach big goals like losing weight and getting fit, you will eventually come face-to-face with all your fears and insecurities.
Even just thinking about changing your diet can get you feeling pretty anxious.
You might even just say “no thanks” to the whole idea so you won’t have to deal with all the negative stuff that’s bound to come up.
But I want to offer another approach. I want you to think about what it would feel like to actually deal with all of those fears instead of trying to avoid them.
So in this episode, I am spending some time talking about overcoming weight loss fears and insecurities.
This is a topic that’s been on my mind a lot lately and it’s a powerful skill that you can learn – if you’re willing to face your fears head-on.
