It’s that time of the year again when many people set big goals for themselves.
They decide that starting January 1st, they are going to lose weight, get in shape, quit drinking, start that business, or start working on whatever goal they’ve been putting off for way too long now.
The problem is that almost 90% of people who set New Year’s resolutions will fail at keeping them by mid-February.
This is why the gyms are full in January and then empty again by March.
Why is it that most people can only stick to a goal for around six weeks?
In this episode, I’m going to go over why New Year’s resolutions don’t work, and offer up some ideas for what to do instead.
