In this episode of the Running Lean podcast, I break my silence about making the switch to eating meat again. Many of you know that I’ve been a big proponent of the plant-based diet for the last 10 years and hearing that I’m now eating meat again may come as a bit of a surprise.
I wanted to record this episode to explain what led me to make the switch, answer questions about why I made this change (and why now), and talk about the impact it’s had on my overall health and athletic performance.
