The problem is that most people do not like to change things!
They want to lose weight but they don’t want to give up junk food.
They want to get stronger but they don’t want to lift any of those heavy weights.
Most people have big lofty goals but want to change as little as possible.
You know that this doesn’t really work, right?
So today, I’m going to offer up an alternative way of doing things, something I call “total immersion.”
