I’m here with a special edition of the podcast to give you a quick update on what’s coming – The Running Mind Podcast is getting a new name!
I want the podcast name to more accurately represent the material I’m teaching, and so I’m making a very minor change to the name of the show.
You don’t have to do anything at all. The next time you download an episode, it will have a different picture and you’ll see the new name, that’s really about it!
I’ll still be delivering the same great content that you love: running mindset, nutrition, weight loss, becoming fat-adapted, running motivation, and so much more!
I’ll just be doing it under a slightly different name.
