I recently sat down with Melanie Millaway and we had a candid conversation about her experience of changing her diet and getting fat-adapted.
But the real change didn’t happen on the outside. Yes, she lost weight. Yes, she improved her running performance. Yes, she has more energy now and yes, she generally feels a lot better.
But the real change happened on the inside. Melanie made a massive shift in her mindset.
And I just have to say that this is the real work we do here in my coaching program.
You learn how to become a leaner, stronger runner, but you do it by making the internal shift, just like Melanie did. I’ll let her tell you more about that.
Here’s the thing, the way you look on the outside, for example, your current weight, is just a reflection of the internal work you are doing or not doing.
If you’re unhappy with the way you look and feel and you want more for yourself, then you have to do the inner work.
